Programs

Each program is modified to fit an individual company's concerns.  We often combine parts of the following offers and design new modules to produce your desired business results.

  • Mission Design & Strategic Delivery - An eight-week program designed to enable a leadership team to develop a clear vision of their future and a set of deliverables that will get them there.
  • Enabling Trust & Satisfaction - A six-week program to enable a team to build or rebuild trust.  During this program the participants will learn the skills necessary to identify the sources of distrust and take action to resolve these breakdowns.
  • Enabling Successful Partnerships - A six-month program that teaches teams how to discover and implement what it takes to produce a mutually satisfying long-term business relationship. This programs is designed to work for teams within the same company or for teams from different companies.    
  • Designing a Great Year - A twelve month mentoring program to enable participants to see the next year as part of a long term plan for their career and other aspects of their work life. This program produces motivated autonomous employees who maintain a healthy work/life balance.
  • Taking a Stand for a Balanced Life - A six month program to develop the skills required to take care of the common executive problem of overwhelm and not having a life outside work. 
  • Service Level Agreements - A three-month program that teaches participants how to negotiate and deliver a pre-negotiated set of conditions that produce an increased level of customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Project Management - A three-month program to develop the skills of  project managers, including communication, managing a team's morale and creating satisfaction for the project's business customer. 
  • Cultural Change - A one-year program that teaches the participants how to use the achievement of long term strategic goals as a catalyst for cultural change. 
  • Productivity Through Management of the Team's Morale - A three-month program that  produces a specific business result by increasing the team's ability to work effectively by managing their mood. The participants learn how to observe what throws them into a negative mood and develop practices to  recover quickly and move to take appropriate action.
  • Redesign of How to Produce Customer Satisfaction  A six-week program that identifies the network of commitments it takes to produce customer satisfaction. The participants learn how to analyze their existing network and make recommendations for change to remove areas of wastage, miscoordination and miscommunication.
